Need opinions/help with pool issue!

I recently bought and installed an Intex circular metal frame pool. It has soft sides but a metal top ring and metal legs. When I set it up it appeared to be on even ground, but I have filled it with about 10 inches of water, and I notice that one section of the pool is about 2 inches deeper than the rest. Is this a major concern for me? Should I drain the whole thing and either level the ground (which will probably cost about 1000 dollars as the earth is very packed and hard and I would have to hire people to come in and do it) or find a more level spot to put it on? Is it safe for me to continue filling it? Any info on this matter would be greatly appreciated!
