Wrinkles in steps on new install w/pics

This liner is a replacement to the first liner install last summer that kept falling out of the coping. The company has come in, installed another new liner on a 56 degree day for a hot liner. This company is the most expensive and well known in Nashville. The new-new liner fell a bit out of the coping and they've come to fix that. BUT, the service manager advised since we have liner steps the wrinkles on the steps cannot be fixed and are just what they are.
