Above ground pool not level

I have a 24' round above ground pool that is not level. It's maybe about 3 inches off. It's been like this for about 5 years now, but is still holding up. Luckily, the skimmer is at the low end, but it is very noticable. Question....should I be worried and have it levelled?
If so, is this something I could do myself, or should I call an installer? Does this mean taking the whole pool down and redoing the base?

yes.. you need to take the pool down and relevel. 3" off is quite a bit. they say about 1 1/2 " is the max for safety.
