Bubbles under the liner

I noticed this afternoon that there are some bubbles/wrinkles under the liner at about the middle of the pool. These were not the this AM or I did not notice them and I swim daily at the least. Any idea's? I have an above ground pool keep the water balanced and check the pH and Chlorine daily. I Have an above ground pool that was put in last year. I live in the South and have not had much rain the last week or so but we did have a wet spring. Any help appreciated.

What is the base of the pool? Did you install the pool on the ground or did you prepare a base for it?

The problem may be the result of all the rains. If so, it should right itself as the weather warms up and the ground begins to dry.
