Draining Pool

Postby tazhaw » Wed 09 May, 2007 09:22

I have a 24x52 above ground pool and have a leak in the liner, how can I go about draining the water out. I have tried using the pump and skimmer but it seems like its just not sucking the water out like it should be. I need help please

Are you going to replace the liner?

Try using a wet/dry vac and sucking the water out with that to the outside. YOu can also by a pump that hooks to your drill and pump the water out as well, May Take Awhile though.

we do have to replace the liner due to a tear in the seam and its taken the pool people about a week to figure this out after we filled the pool up and all. Thanks for the suggestion
