so we purchased a 30' AG pool with the stores installers doing the work.
They installed pool in late fall of last year. (Idiots)
About a week or so after opening this year, I noticed small pieces of crud/ dirt reappearing after cleaning.
I put on my mask to siphon out some of it off the bottom and noticed a small slit approx. 1/2 " long. I got sick to my stomach!
So I bought a patch kit and repaired, no big deal, right?
Wrong!
More dirt appearing so I decided to do a "full- floor inspection and noticed 4 more!!! ARHHHHHH!!
So I patched them and seems to be working, but my wife and I are trying to figure this out. A brand new pool and 5 holes?? C'mon!!
So naturally I bring it up to the stores "Manager" and he just scratches his head saying "Gosh, I've never heard of that". And his assistant while sitting down playing on her computer says " I've heard of kids toe- nails making holes in pools"
Ahhhh, toenails?
Needless to say we're frustrated. So what do you guys think? Do we have a leg to stand on?
These holes/ slits are about the size of a pencil lead.
