18x33 AG installed by the book.
beaded liner.
started filling - looked good till after dark - heard a pop and found a chunk of wall had poped out of the top rail! there is about 2 feet of water in it now.
Suggestions?

OOOOOOO. That's not good.
I'm a DIY'er so somebody may have a better plan but I would suggest emptying the pool and getting rid of that water on the inside of the wall. That'll cause a big problem and make your liner shift and possibly rip while you're swimming and maybe even buckle your walls and have them seperate. That's very dangerous.
I suspect that your liner was off and as you filled it, it had no where to give and it broke loose. Hopefully you haven't cut it for the skimmer and return outlet and you can reset it and start over.
