pool floor problems

We had our above ground pool professionally installed less than 2 years ago. We have been experiencing a drought this summer. We have noticed several areas on the bottom on the pool that appear to be sinking. The areas are 3 x 4 inches around and 1 inch deep. The liner is being sucked into these holes. We are afraid the liner will rip . Any suggestions. ????
