pool walls heaving in extreme cold

We live in quebec canada and after a recent cold snap we seem to have an issue with the pool walls heaving. Actually it seems to be more the posts and coping heaving. We noticed that they are now abou 4 inches above the walls and liner. Was wondering if this is the end of our pool or will it settle back down in the spring. if not is there anything to be done?
