Old Pool Wall is off the Bottom Frame

Hi everybody. While replacing my liner, the bottom of the pool wall collapsed and came out of the frame/bottom ring. It's an 18' round pool. It's an old pool(13 years) and we are having trouble trying to place the wall back in the frame. Is it possible to get the wall back in the frame? It's an 8 foot section that came out of the frame. Any ideas?
