Good morning.
First time poster. I hope you all can help.
I am a Pool service business owner in Argentina. I have a large leak that I detected in a in ground concrete pool. The leak is located in a corner between two tiles. All the repair solution that builders and supplier are suggesting is that a use a silicon sealant and I would like to solve the problem permanently. As well it seems that maybe the walls are separating an amount that I would estimate of about 2 or 3 mm.
My question is what would be the best solution to fix the leak? Would it make sense to use some angular rebar reinforcements on the pool surface?
Thank you in advance.

Re: In ground concrete pool cracked
Remove the tiles, cut in the trenches to inbed stainless steel rebars and fill with bentonite (waterplug mortar) NOT silicone.
