I have had this happen 2 times. In the morning the spa is almost empty with the water below the jets. The last time the concert deck was soaked in water. My son said he thought he saw water shooting up from it thought it was sprinklers why he didnt bother to look.
Both times this happened at night I assume the spa ran for cold weather.
Things I have done
I have ran the spa for couple hours with no heat and it didnt drop any water level. I have also remove the rock around one part to look to see if pipes that are above the concrete deck are leaking. I couldnt find anything.
When it was still wet the rock half away around was soaked and so was the concrete deck. I dont think it could cover flow since it has a spill way back to the pool.
