My Pool: Salt water pool with plaster

Pool leak help !

We got a new concrete pool last year . Initially noted water level was going down . Builder said he had a company come evaluate but no problems found a like just “normal evaporation “. This has now worsened and persists over winter time despite having a pool cover ! Any advice?

Get them back to take another look and examine the pool, presumably you are covered for a year or two by the builder?
I may not give you the answer you want to hear, but I will give an honest opinion of your situation as you decribe it.
