deep end round bottom grinding help

I have a kidney shaped pool with a 10 foot deep end, what have you done to climb the walls to grind and epoxy fill? It is a cement pool and I have painted it 3 x in the past, made mistakes with polyurathane for the cracks but now am working on it using epoxy. I did come up with a way to get up the walls in the deep end but what do we normally do?

Epoxy doesn't seem to last either, I have given up on it.
If funds allow there are alternatives like polyurea coating or Aquabright.
