I am looking to purchase a house that has a salt water pool - it is 7 years old. The owner says it is concrete with a section of liner on top. What does it mean to have "section" on top? It makes it seem like a combo. Any ideas?
The house in NJ about 5 miles from the ocean. It gets cold in the winter and hot and humid in the summer.
