Changing painted pool to tile pool advice

Hi,
My pool is painted with Leslie paint. I have to do this every 3/4 years I believe.
It happens again with bubbles, paint dropped off, etc.
This time, some tiles did fall off.
I am thinking to tile the whole pool.
I wonder whether pool maintenance will be the same.
I am having salt generator. Pool size is about 15K gallons or less.
Please advice with Pros and Cons ?
