Should I use pavers with polymetric sand or tile in indoor pool?

Go for a non slip surface regardless of the product

Hi,
For some reason the indoor pool deck still has not been covered in concrete. The PB thinks I should use pavers with sand in case there is a leak in the future. I have never seen pavers indoors. Would they get moldy? Should I concrete the pool deck and just tile it over with non slip tiles or do a non slip stamped concrete ? Thanks!

My pool has a retractable cover making it an indoor pool and I have paving slabs bedded with mortar onto the concrete bed (I don't advise using sand as the splashing and hosing down could wash out the sand)
With an indoor pool you do have the problem of warm and wet which increases mould
The choice is yours, check out all the different products
