resurfacing in Massachusetts

Can anyone refer a company that resurfaces in Massachusetts, 5 miles north of Boston. We have a 40+year old poll that emptied out this past fall and has been empty all year. We believe it is concrete with plaster and then rubberized paint over it. The pain is chipping in a lot of places while you can feel the plaster lifting from the surface. Any suggestions of re habbing this ancient pool would be appreciated.
