Quartz vs Pebbletech

We are in the process of having a pool built and my major concern is which way to go, Pebbletech or Quartz. My builder said ai would be better of with Quartz it is smooth and carries a 30 year warantee. If we did go with the Pebbletech it would be thge Sheen. Any advise? Thanks in advance

quartz doesn't offer a 30 year warranty. nobody does.
