Empty pool

I am buying a house that has a pool that has sat empty for about 4 years. Will I have to get it replastered? If so about how much does that cost?

Get a broom and walk around the pool floor taping the handle on the pool floor listen for a hollow sounds. cost in my area is about 3.00 s.f. walls plus floor.
