Postby devinkav » Thu 20 Jul, 2017 19:08

I dont know what the problem is with our pool, help!

Here is a youtube video of whats happening, it starts to suck the water from the skimmer to the pump then stops and starts back up later on, but never fully keeps the water flowing.

You have a suction side air leak from your pump to the skimmer
Check your skimmer flap isn't stuck up and the water level is 1/2 to 2/3 up the skimmer opening

There is no easy way to fix, you have to find the air leak
Check your pump strainer basket O ring and lubricate
Check your pump suction side for air leaks
Was the water level high enough
