Howdy!
I've got an inground pool from the 80's and while replacing some plumbing i came across something I can't identify.
Going through the pvc pool return line is this rusty metal thingy. Is it a temperature sensor or sacrificial anode or what? Do I need to keep that section of pipe?
Certainly a pic would help greatly and if I can figure out how to include it i will.
TIA
Jeremy
What is this thing and is it useful?
