I am increasing the size of my pool deck. There are 2 PVC 1.5 inch pipes sticking up out of the ground near my pool. My pool is in Florida, in ground, about 20x30. One pipe is about 10 feet from the end of the pool, outside the existing slab. It sticks up about 20" above the ground, has an open end and has water in it, close to but a little higher than the level of the pool surface. The second pipe is about 10 feet from the side of the pool, in the yard and capped off about 10 inches above the ground.
They will both be in the field of the new deck. IF you could help me to figure out what they are, then i can determine what to do with them, cap them off or extend them above the new deck
Thanks in advance
