Motor Noise

I have a sta-rite pump/motor that is only 3 years old and is really loud. Separated the pump to see if there was anything inside the impeller and it looks ok. Sound seems to be coming from the 1 1/2 hp motor. Any ideas?
Here is a similar model, sound file of bad motor attached:

Probably a bad bearing. Has the pump been leaking?

If you are handy, they can be replaced but a motor shop can replace them as well.
