I'm running a Pentair Triton II model TR60. Inground pool. I backwash the system 3-5 minutes following the directions on the label. Rinse the system for 30 seconds, then bleed the air out while on "Filter" mode.
My question is this, while in "Filter" mode on a day to day operation, air builds in the filter head. Is this normal? Or is it supposed to be a "closed system" with no air?
