Pump pressure

Afternoon, THis is my first time posting so I appreciate any ideas.
I have had an inbound swimming pool for 11 years, 10 without issue. This year my pressure after cleaning the grids my pressure would start off at 10 and increase up to 30-35 in 7 days (used to get up to the miss 20's in three weeks and then I would clean). The pool also left some DH debri after running.
I replaced the Pentair grids and same issue, pool guy thought maybe i had bad luck and replaced the grids again, no luck.
Pool guy seems to not have a new idea, anybody have a similar issue and more importantly a solution?
