Pool timer and pump power issues

Postby Cduell » Sat 04 Feb, 2017 11:33

Help!!!!!

Everything working perfectly. Breaker turned off to replace manifold in Hayward cartridge filter. Repair completed by my pool guy. No one touched anything else and this repair was not electrical. Pump, timer ", wiring were not touched.

Breaker turned back on.
Timer has correct power going to it but gears won't turn.

Replaced breakers with same exact breakers but that works fine and has power from box to timer as always.

Replaced intermetic timer with brand new one and wired up same as it always was when working. New timer doesn't turn either but has power just as before.

Pump has correct power from timer box but won't turn on even when timer switch manually engaged.

So- power through garage panel to pool panel through pool breakers through timers to pump is EXACTLY the way it was.

Any other ideas would really help because we've worked through the entire "line" and all is well.
