My hayward de filter (ec65) is shot but my 1 hp pump is still good
Does anyone know if 1hp is enough for the ec75 or should i just get another ec65

Generally speaking you match a pump to a filter so that you don't get an excessive flow through the filter
A bigger filter is no problem to use with your existing 1 hp pump, you won't have to clean it so often
