Losing a lot of water by the filter

Hello, I'm loosing a ton of water because the crank that you spin for the filter when doing a backwash is shooting out water. Water comes out all the time unless the pump is off. Any help to what would fix this would be appreciated. Thanks

You need a new spider gasket for your MPV
