when I back wash the pool (in ground) water from the backwash comes out from under the commodes in the house.

Little late to reply here but.....your main sewer is either stopped up or partially blocked and can't handle the volume of water coming from the pool.

The commode should reseal but you need to have a plumber check your drain.
