only 1 jet on pool blows water out has 3 jets

only 1 jet on pool blows water out has 3 jets

im confused because only middle jet works 2 ends dont if it was a blockage wouldnt it be all 3 or probally just 1? is there a way to blow out the jets?its my 1st pool and im lost please help
