Multi port valve reassembly

I have a Jacuzzi brothers ss-160 filter. I took the valve off last night to check the spider gasket. The gasket was worn and needs to be replaced. When I reassembled the valve the handle is now limp. Did I miss a step or something? It was a little limp before, but was still able to move between filter rinse and backwash.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Should have a notch or bump on the multiport assembly that needs to match up correctly to align it, shouldn't be anything else unless something is broke and it fell out.
