Pool is pumping ants into the pool

Pool pumps, pool filters and the plumbing of
swimming pools. Sand filters, cartridge filters,

My Pool: Concrete undergroud pool, 17000 gallons. Fresh water with pump and filters.

Pool is pumping ants into the pool

Heavy rain last week, lots of ants every time the pumps come on. I am assuming I have a crack or leak somewhere underground near an Ant colony. Anyone have any advice on what my next steps are?

If you had a underground leak i doubt ants would be able to or want to go into a pipe full of chlorinated water or any other water
Do you ave any above ground pipe that drains out when the pump is off (slide or waterfall)
