Jandy - DEL Series 2-in-1 Neverlube Multiport Backwash fit to Purex Triton FNS 36 DE

Hi Pool Forum,

can someone tell me if the Jandy - DEL Series 2-in-1 Neverlube Multiport Backwash https://poolsupplyworld.com/jandy-teledyne-laars-2in-2-in-1-backwash-valve-jandy/320517.html is somehow able to fit on my Purex Triton FNS 36 DE pool filter?

And what are the right Unions for the Purex Triton FNS 36 DE pool filter ?

I do believe if I find the right Union for my filter I can make it work. The distance center to center of Inlet and Outlet of my filter is around 8in. If I have a Union for the Purex Triton FNS 36 DE pool filter.

I asked the poolsupply world guys, but they only can tell me what is in the manual and say it won´t work.

Yes they should, they make them for 1.5", 2" and 2.5"
