Reverse Cycle (Polarity) Question

Long time lurker here but would like to get a bit of help if possible.

I have a salt water Autoclear system which is flashing 'normal operation in reverse cycle'

I believe this is a self cleaning function. My issue is its been on this setting for 3 days now with no way of changing it.

I can find any information on how long self cleaning should last?

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Try the manufacturer?
