Creepy crawlly gives me air bubbles, no Bubbles when not attached

20,000 L above ground with skimmer and return only. This year, when I hook up the CC, I get bubbles out of the return and a drop of water height in the pump receiver/basket filter. Checked the hoses and no leaks/breaks. In the past, I have simply shut the pump off, removed the pump basket/receiver cover to rid the system of air, reattached the cover, turned pump back on. Not so this week.pretty simple system, so it must be a simple fix. Thx - RO

You have a suction side air leak. When vacuuming you put a heavier load on the suction
First of all lubricate the pump basket "O" ring with silicon grease or similar
