1" Return Pipe & 1" Recessed Return Pipe with no fittings

Postby mattmackay22 » Mon 25 Apr, 2022 13:01

Hi There,

I'm a new homeowner with a pool, and our pool has 2 return pipes/jets that have no eyeball return fittings and I'm trying to figure out how/if I can attach fittings, and what fittings I can attach.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

How bizzare! When after 20 years in the industry you think you have seen it all.
What are the walls made from?

Thank you for your response! Well it's a plaster pool. Does that answer the question? Sorry I'm a newb. :)

Still thinking, this wouldn't be easy and not sure what you would gain but you could damage the surrounding and create a leak. I use a bentonite cement for sealing around fittings and have done similar to add extra returns but it was hard work and I used diamond core bits ( Marcrist)
