local Pool Store has no idea what either one of the parts are. I can't find them in any parts diagram. Any help is greatly appreciated.....

Hayward 1 hp power flo lx pump motor
Hello, The top image is a water deflector. It goes on the motor shaft. The bottom image is a thin wavy metal spacer from the Hayward power flo lx 1hp motor. I am not sure where it goes during reassembly.
