We’ve tried replacing the o-ring, checking for air leaks on all joints, cleaning the impeller and still no luck. Help me please! I’m moving internationally in a month and renting out my home, so I need to figure this out asap.

Tried putting a garden hose into the skimmer pipe?

That valve nut that is loose needs tightening up as air could be sucked in from there
