Backwash Port on my Multi-Port Valve

hello-

when my multi-port valve is turned to 'filter,' i am experiencing some dripping in backwash hose.

what could be causing this, and how can i fix it?

what could be causing this, and how can i fix it?

turn off system, open air relief valve on filter & allow all water to empty from filter. Then open multiport valve & inspect spider gasket which you will see lays flat. It's probably bad/worn & should only cost around $10
