DE into pool when Salt Chlorinator comes on

DE into pool when Salt Chlorinator comes on
We have a new pool. Constructed 7 mos. ago. When the salt chlorinator "kicks in" bubbles come out of the return into the pool and DE is blown into the pool. We have changed the grids in the filter, but it hasn't helped. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Please.
