Too much de
I have the purex triton vertical grid 60 sqft filter. It requires 6 lbs. of de after a backwash but I added 9 lbs instead. (the de box said 9 lbs for a 60 sqft but after checking the owner's manual, it said 6). Is this going to cause any problems? Thanks, Joe

Most likely not but check your filter pressure daily. You'll want to take the filter apart and hose it out at the end of the season or twice a year if you use the pool year round.
