No pressure
we have a 20,000 gallon chlorine pool with cartridge filter and there is no pressure in the cartridge container. Pump seem to be running fine but there is also no water coming out of jets and we can't get the cartridge container to release as it normally does. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi,
Any suction at the skimmer? If no, then the pump isn't pumping. Check for air leaks. Make sure the pump lid o-ring is there and in place. Try adding water to the pump, closing it up and then starting up the equipment. See if the pump primes or not.
