Pool slightly green.

Hi, I just got a new pool last week and I added the recommended chemicals and after I put the shock in the water got a slight shade of green after an hour i put the shock in, is there something i can do to get rid of it

11lb alkalinity

It would help if you answered all the questions so that we can help you better
I take it that the numbers are after you added the pool store products and you don't have a CYA number although you added stabilisor (CYA)
Looking at your chlorine level you have 1ppm free chlorine and 2ppm for combined chlorine which is why you are getting an algae bloom and you need to Slam with relation to the Chlorine / CYA Chart and to your recommended Pool Levels
Your addition of pH up and 11 lb of alkalinity has raised your TA quiet high and can force your pH up higher as well
You can purchase the same chemicals listed below from a store at a lower price
Liquid chlorine (sodium hypochlorite or plain bleach)
Muriatic acid (hydrochloric acid) to lower pH and TA
Bicarbonate of soda to raise TA
Aeration will raise pH only
Soda ash will raise pH and TA
The purchase of a decent test kit (Taylor K2006 or TF100) will pay for itself in the reduction of pool store products and enable you to be in control of your own pool, which isn't happening at the moment (you need to lower your TA)
