Pool unused for 2 years

Bought a house pool green and full of leaves, frogs snakes you name it. Hired a pool guy one month ago. Estimate was $800 to get cleaned and clear. One month later and $1300 later cause he said we needed new motor and parts. Pool still greenish blue still have my swamp friends living in it. Guy shows up once maybe twice a week to do 30 minutes of what ever. I need help!!!!! About ready to fire him finish scooping out the leaves and shock myself. What else can I do ?????

Fire him, first you should get at least some of your money back because the pool person is an idiot and clearly doesn't know what they are doing. So taking money for not knowing what you are doing is fraud.
Stop wasting money trying to cure this water which sounds too far gone. How much to empty clean and refill?
