Hello,
Having issues keeping the algae away, mostly during summer months but also throughout the year. Pool service company is recommending I switch to salt as they are currently running it as a straight chlorine pool, not what we intended. I'm trying to avoid the extra expense of adding the salt cell and wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to get it under control in the Florida heat and rain.
Basic Pool Info: in-ground pool, 15x30, UV System, Florida
Thanks in advance!

Let's have your numbers (CYA is very important) Use a pool store if you don't have a FAS/DPD kit
FC:

pH:
TA:
CH:
CYA:
I would suspect you have poor chlorination allowing your algae to thrive
