Winterization

Postby mahoo1969 » Tue 11 Sep, 2007 09:57

I bought one of the 18ft Intek pools with the pipes, not the blow up ring, and I was curious if those could be left up over the winter. I live in central wisconsin(cold) and I realize that it would have to be drained down past the water inlet and outlet. This was my first year with a pool and never gave winter a thought till now. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

If your going to take it below the intake and outtake I would just drain the whole thing, that is the disadvantage to having a cheaper quickie pool. Good Luck
