pressure to high

Algae problems in swimming pool water.
Green (cloudy) water or slimy pool walls.
Black algae. Mustard algae. Pink or white pool mold.

My pressure is about 28 psi. Is'nt this too high and how can I lower. I just backfulshed about two weeks ago. Is it necessary to add more DE.

you should add DE everytime you do a backwash as this recoats the grids on your filter.

If you just backwashed 2 weeks ago you either put to much DE back in causing pressure to rise, had algae problem/debris problem or you need to clean filter.
In most cases you need to take apart & clean, remember not all the DE comes out when backwashing & starts building up.
