Chlorinator off High Salt/Amps

Help please!

My salt was high in my pool and got a high salt amps chlorinator off reading. I drained some water, salt was tested by Leslie's and salt is at 3200ppm. Tested salt cell (brand new) and is working properly. I am still getting the "chlorinator off high salt/amps" reading and it's telling me that the salt is at 1900ppm.

Not sure what to do at this point.... And to add to that my lights (when both spa and pool turned on) are tripping my gfi. I replaced the gfi and same problem... HELP ME PLEASE!
