vita spa hottub weak flow

Hi

Just used my vita spa hottub and noticed that when press the number 1 button twice the water comes out of the jets but not as hard as it used to? checked filters and bleed the pump so no air lock, also button number or jet 2 works fine it fly's out

but i know if the pump runs its working or can it be the pump or block somewhere?
